Upgrade (11i to R12)

Hi we upgrading Oracle 11i to R12.1.3 for Oracle Financial and just came to know we need to run a report called:-

'Accounting Setup Manager Pre-Update Diagnosis Report'.

Can any one please suggest in which instance either in 11i or in R12 we have to run this report using GL responsiblity since I checked this report in R12 instance but it is not available in R12.

Please suggest..
