EBS r12 - business rules monitor still stopping

Hello,

Context:

Responsibility « CRM Administrator ».

--> Business Rule Monitor

What can i do to complete the stop of the business rules monitor (EBS r12)?

Its status is still stopping several hours later. So it's impossible to start it again.

I stopped and started again EBS: nothing has changed.

Any idea?
