Has anyone been able to successfully deploy and complete a PSU in EM12c?

I have been struggling for weeks trying to deploy the July GI PSU for 11.2.0.2 db on RedHat LInux 5 on RAC using EM12c.  This is a new thing to me.  Ive made it through tons of errors using various white papers and 3 SR's so far, two still open.  I was able to deploy to a two node crash and burn environment but it failed at the "apply crs patch" stage.  There seem to be a bug about this but I had already applied those fixes on advice from oracle support.  Im stuck and I think oracle support is
