Form INVIDICG (Item Catalog Groups) open a list catalog

Hi everybody,

I having the following situation, when I tried to create a new Item Catalog Groups the form (INVIDICG) not permit this action, it's open a list with catalog group already there is.

Anybody know if there is could be some profile, I saw the personalizations and there is nothing personalization on this form.
