stats collection on Siebel databse

I am looking at this document:
"A SQL script is provided as an attachment to this document on My Oracle Support (Article ID (Doc ID) 781927.1)."

There are two sql scripts to download from it.

coe_siebel_stats.sql
coe_siebel_profile.sql

Are they the same script?  One is just the updated version of the other?  Which one is run on a Oracle 10g EE database?

Any guidance will be appreciated.
