linux cannot retrieve repository metadata

I continue to get the error cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: ol6_UEK_latest please verify its path and try again. I gave google and spin and saw other REHL users use yum clean all command that didnt work for me. Any other advice?
