Formats and Profiles lost after the RPAS upgradation

Hi All,

I have upgraded our RPAS server from 13.0.4.17 to 13.2.3.28,but after the upgrade is over i notice that all the previous profiles and format settings are lost, is there any way i can get them from my previous version and migrate it into the latest version.kindly provide me with your suggestions.
