IGW objects are invalid in our Oracle instance after we upgraded our database to 11g:

per customer:

The following objects are invalid in our Oracle instance after we upgraded our database to 11g:
IGW_REPORT_PROCESSING
IGW_BUDGET_CATEGORY_V

I researched this on Metalink and it looks like we have the issue in doc id 1358088.1 which recommends applying patch 6629280 to resolve the issue.  However, we are not using Grants Proposal so should we ignore the issue?

If it is best to apply the patch, are there any other patches we should apply?
