Warning message in patch log

I am applying patch number 11883614 R12.FUN.B  to the test server. I am reviewing the patch log now and there are lots of warning messages in the adpatch log. I am not sure whether these are something I can ignore, or should investigate further. Gurus, please advice. Thank you very much.

Cause: Error while trying to read metadata from file /ebs/patapp/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/forms/java/frmall.jar: No metadata entry META-INF/JRIMETA.DAT found
