Oracle resource manager statistics OEM page is not refreshed

Using DB 11.2.
in oem the "Resource Manager Statistics"-page is not refreshing when automatic 60s is selected OR the refresh-button is pressed. also only the following mapping_groups are displayed: OTHER_GROUPS, ORA$DIAGNOSTICS,SYS_GROUP

It's confirmed that all other pages are working except this page :

1. implement resource manager with different groups
2. configure group mapping
3. enable plan
4. log into oem and go to target-database
5. go to tab "server"
6. under "Resource Manager" click "statistics"
7. change to automatic refresh and wait. you will se no refresh
8. click on refresh and it will not refresh


Any idea please ,
