how to recreat crs/asm without re-install software and keep existing DB?

I messed up crs/asm during downgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.1.0.7.0.

This is RAC 11.1.0.7 on Linux. I upgraded crs/asm/db to 11.2.0.3 successfully. As a practice, I was trying to downgrade. DB donwgrade succeed. But failed to downgrade crs/asm. i made backup of OCR and Voting disk.

I'm trying to restore CRS/ASM. I haven't deleted 11.1.0.7.0 crs/asm software yet. Is there any good instruction of doing this?
