Dispatch center center tasks only see their territory

Somebody help me to do this?

The dispatcher only see the tasks of its territory.
I have set up technical territory for each dispatcher in its territory but at center shows all tasks. As I can configure it only shows the tasks of its territory in central offices?
Example D1 exists a dispatcher with the territory Technicians A and T1 and T2. There is a dispatcher with the territory B D2 and technicians T3 and T4.
It creates a task that belongs to the territory B.
In the dispatch center, the dispatcher can see the task D1 and D2 also the released. As I can filter or configured to see only this task dispatcher D2?
