Parameter _ksmg_granule_size on Oracle database 11g

Hi,
How much size of parameter _ksmg_granule_size exactly I should set if our database 11g (11.2.0.2) want use sga_target = 256 GB ?

I read the MOS doc 886312.1 but it is confuse me. I have an old modified of MOS doc 886312.1 (attached) which is more clear to me but that note is applies to 10.2.0.4.

Please advise..
