Unable to submit the PR which is having 185 lines in it(Please reply me on urgent basis)

 Hi Friends,

The user has raised requisition in ipocurement with  185 lines when he is trying to submit the pr the browser is loading for 10 mins and after that web page is displaying that Internet Explorer cannot display the web page
