PN:How to enter a negative adjustment in Property Manager?

    Hi,

    How do i create a negative adjustment in the Lease Billings tab?
    I created a billing line with negative amount, but it does not accept a Credit Memo Transaction type, only Invoice type
    Negative adjustments should  be Credit Memo types

    Please advice.
