How to enter Security Deposits and Rental Deposits?

   Hi,

   What is the best practice in entering Deposits  (Rental, Security Deposit) in Property Manager?
   Should this also create an invoice in Oracle Receivables?
    When tenant pays for the deposit, this invoice should not be applied.

   Please advice,
