Email Alerts
Hi,
Does anyone know exactly how email alerts in SIM work?
I have looked at the config document and it says something about setting up a Role for email alerts in System Admin panel, but I can't see that setting.
Aside from that, is it correct that, if a Transfer is dispatched from Store 1 to Store 2, everyone in SIM assigned to Store 2 will get an email alert? Or everyone in this "Email Role" and Store 2 will get the alert? Or does the email go to the person that requested the transfer in Store 2?
Basically, if I have a huge dept store, I don't want all 2000 users getting an email about a transfer, but I don't think I can setup email to go to the menswear dept if the items within the transfer are withing the men dept.
