Supplier Business Classification Data Model

Is there a document on how the business classification fields are linked to a supplier?  I can see the minority type, women owned and small business are stored in the AP_Suppliers table but where are all the rest for each supplier?  I do see the list of values in the FND_LOOKUP_VALUES table, but how is it linked to the supplier?  It seems like there should be a table between them containing the links.  But I just don't see it.
