Is it possible to create a hyperlink URL to a non-first page Dashboard that is embedded on a Custom

After many hours of trial-n-error using information from a few of M. Lairson's books, I still am not able to come up with the correct syntax to be able to hyperlink directly to a NON-FIRST PAGE of a Dashboard that has been configured as a Custom Web Tab.

The Custom Web Tab is a URL with this syntax:  https://secure-ausomxXXX.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard&PortalPath=/shared/Company_30133_Shared_Folder/_portal/Nominations+Report+Dashboard

I'd like to navigate to that Custom Web Tab AND have it land on the 2nd page in that Dashboard AND keep the entire application still in context/view.  Currently, the only way I'm able to achieve this is with a URL that does navigate to the 2nd page but loses visibility to the Action Bar, Tabs, etc. (you can see a screenshot below for what that looks like).  Here is the current URL that is causing the lost visibility to the everything else in the application except the particular custom web tab/dashboard we're navigating to:
