Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I want to set a flag, if the usage has started in a time interval, like

if usage has started between 00:00 08:00, set flag to 1

if usage has started between 08:00 16:00, set flag to 2

if usage has started between 16:00 00:00, set flag to 3

How can i do this.
