Is there a "Template Type" for eText to generate a CSV file?

I am trying to create a new template for the Payables process to generate a file of payment information to send to the bank.  The way it works in Oracle e-Business Suite (R12.1.3) is that you need an eText template.  The standard template for NACHA has a "TEMPLATE TYPE" of "FIXED_POSITION_BASED".  Is there a different template type for comma-separated-values (CSV)?  Can anyone share any examples?
