Customer not showing in LOV of "To" customer in Customer Merge screen (ARXCUMRG)

Hi,

A specific, valid customer does not show up in the LOV of "To" customer in Customer Merge screen (ARXCUMRG), yet it appears on the "From" side. Where can I find the Where clauses that are used in both of these LOV queries so that I may identify what is causing this different behaviour?
