Invalid Objects after patching

After applying patch 11883614 to test server, I noticed that the 16855_preenv.lst listed about 748 invalid objects pre (as before patch maybe?), then the 16855_postenv.lst listed two objects still invalid. (post as after patch I assume?). My question is does these two outstanding invalid object cause for concern? All other 746 items got validated. Do I need to run utlrp again to recompile the two invalid objects again? Gurus, please advice. Thank you very much.
