How to setup debit card (pinless debit card)

Hi,
I am trying to setup pinless debit card for use with our payment system.

- Enabled debit card under payee
- Within the receipt classes created a new payment method but for the payment method, I see only 2 options credit card & bank account transfer. Where can I enable/create a debit card so it can be setup/enabled under the routing rules.
- Within funds capture setup administrator pinless debit card is active under payment methods.

Please advise if I am doing something wrong.
