PAY: BBA Batch Process Completes Normal But Batch in "Batch in Processing State"
Concurrent requests show as completing normally in the concurrent manager but the batch status remains as 'Batch in processing state' on the web form. When selecting the 'Validate' process, it completes in the concurrent manager, but remains in a suspended state and it cannot be transferred. If the validate step is not used and the transfer process is submitted, it will transfer the adjustments to the system, however it still ends in 'batch in processing state' and no further actions can be performed.
The below screenshot shows the error received if any process action is attempted on the batches.
