Update Locator Capacity program error

Hi,

The Update Locator Capacity program completes for a particular sub inventory and error message is "INV_LOC_WMS_UTILS : Error:-ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value". If I run the same program for another sub inv under same org it is completed normal.

Can someone please let me know what might be the reason.
