Is anyone using Citizens Bank for AP ACH payments or having a problem with the ACH file containing e

We are using the PPP ACH format and when we create the file it has blank lines in between every line. If we strip them out it works fine. With Citizens Bank the file is uploaded through a PC Web interface.
