Service Contracts - Party Role

Hi,

Is it possible to specify for a Service Agreement  in the contract header two parties: A party role that was setup by name  "Account" (with same source definition as End User) and a"Vendor" without having the seeded "End User" role  specified  ?

When doing so, I am unable to select for the covered level "SYSTEM" , since when doing so, the Name LOV is empty

Is it mandatory to have in a service agreement a party role with the lookup_code = CUSTOMER  ?
