Access to Company surveys

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi Team,

The company link to view survey results cannot be accessed by users (only survey owner has access). We need all users to have access to this information, not just owner or company team.

Is it possible to use the Books functionality in which to place all surveys results and give users access to Book.
