Dear Colleagues,

 

I have received a request to track scratch (money) cards by serial number in Oracle E-Business Suite Inventory module. It is about 150,000,000 of serial numbers per year.

Usual delivery is about 12,000,000 pcs (serial numbers). It takes about 8 hours to store the range of serial numbers at the receipt.

 

What is the benchmark?

 

Is it strictly necessary to create a custom script to upload it via API instead of the standard PO receipt in Forms by stock-keeper?

What is the best solution?
