Personalization: Adding Message Text Input Item - Save for later - info not saved
Client request additional field (free text field) on an Employee Self Service page.
Was able to create Item:
- Personalization Structure > Create Item :
- Level: Responsibility level
- ID: XXXHOE
- Height: 20
- Length: 100
- Prompt: HOE
- Additional Message Text Input field display on page. Are able to input free text information. However when selecting SAVE FOR LATER, on returning to page, information inputted in the newly created field information did not saved. Field is blank.
How do I add this personalization, and when inputting information and SAVE that information will not disappear?
