Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Personalization: Adding Message Text Input Item - Save for later - info not saved

Good Day

Client request additional field (free text field) on an Employee Self Service page.

Was able to create Item:

Personalization Structure > Create Item :

Level: Responsibility level
ID: XXXHOE
Height: 20
Length: 100
Prompt: HOE

Additional Message Text Input field display on page. Are able to input free text information. However when selecting SAVE FOR LATER, on returning to page, information inputted in the newly created field information did not saved. Field is blank.

How do I add this personalization, and when inputting information and SAVE that information will not disappear?
