Hi Team,
While applying NLS patchs(german.spanish,french,italian) patch for 12731023 and 5733769 it couldn't compile the forms
msc     forms/D MSCBALWB.fmx
msc     forms/D MSCOSCWB.fmx


Its not throwing any error.  Its just reporting in patch logs that these below files couldnot get compiled.

msc     forms/D MSCOSCWB.fmx

We tried compiling these manualy too using f60gen but it does not get genrated.

Please note that issue is only with NLS patches (D,E,F,I)


Kindly provide inputs on the above.
