Unable see part of top activities on EM

Hi,


We have 4 four node cluster which is on 11.2.0.3 and monitored by Oracle enterprise manager grid 11g.
We have observed from last few days that part on top activies is missing. (pls see the attached diagram)
The unavailable time is from 2.30am to 2.30pm (not the exact time on all days).

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
