Cannot define "Resource"

Hello,
In the Parties and Contacts tab in contract authoring workbench, I get no value in "Name" field in contacts (as shown in attachment 1).

Also note that in "Role Sources", I have taken the source in "Contact Sources" as "Resource" (as shown in attachment 2).

I basically wish that all the employees' names come when you search in the "Name" field. But I do not know how or where to define the "Resource" in such a way that employees' names come up.
