Current Period Field functionality during creation of Book

Hi,

Version: 12.1.1

I am not able to view the Current Period LOV(ie. AUG Period). Lov Values are started from SEP Period onwards. I am expecting the AUG month also because curent date  is AUG month only. And i would like to capture the some assests in this AUG month.

I have created the Depreciation Calendar as Monthly Calendar and Prorate Calenar as Daily calendar.

can i have the functionality of Current Period filed during creation of Book.
