MRP/DRP, Not creating "Buy/Expedite" messages

on august 12th latest ESU packages were put live into Production.  Since August 16th, MRP/DRP has stopper recommending any "BUYS" or "EXPEDITES".  No changes have occurred to the R3483 version.  F3411 was cleared and still no messages.  The shop floor calendar has all entries for next 12 months (11 month planning horizon).  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
