How to get data from a higher level on the output

I am using Oracle e-Business Suite 12.1.3.  In Payables, I am trying to generate a CSV file containing payment information.  This is a standard process that generates XML and expects an eText template.  I created a BI Publisher template with a TEMPLATE TYPE of DELIMITER_BASED.  The problem I am having now is that the data that I need to put on the CSV file doesn’t all exist at the same level in the XML data.  My XML looks something like this:
