Getting error:when opening SR from UWQ

Getting the below error when trying to open a SR from UWQ

APP:IEU:241077: None of the source document funnction could be launched from this responsiblity. Please contact your system administrator. This error occurs when using customs service  menu associated for  a service responsiblity.

If the seeded menu   CSX_Customer_Support is used , able to open the SR without any error. Followed a metalink note id: APP-IEU-241077 Error On Launching Service Request Workbench From UWQ(1344470.1). This was asking to compare the function of the seeded menu with that of the Customer menu and grant function if any are missing. Everything looks fine, but still getting the error message.
