RMA getting stuck in Fulfilled status

Hello All,

Need your help in resolving following issue.

RMA Order line status is getting stuck in Fulfilled status after performing reciving action.

But when we run workflow background process , the line gets closed.

Steps followed.

1) Create RMA Order

2) Generate Reciept

3) Peform Reciving

Once reciving is complete, Line status gets stuck in fullfilled status, instead of getting closed.

Error seen on Order line is >>

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Invoice_PUB Procedure Interface_Single_line

Workflow activity Invoice Interface has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
