R12.1 upgrade driver 6678700 takes much time to apply XDOLoader.class jobs

We are in the process of upgrading 11.5.10.2 applications to EBS R12.1.1. Following Doc:Oracle® E-Business SuiteUpgrade GuideRelease 11i to 12.1.1Part No. E16342-04The problem is, the American English upgrade driver 66678700 and NLS upgrade drivers 6678700_AR takes much time to complete. Particularly, "XDOLoader.class" jobs in patch 6678700 and "XLIFFImporter.class" jobs in 6678700_AR patch. I have 12 CPU, 10GB Virtual Machine (Running on OVM 2.2.2) installed with OEL 5.6 for x86_64 architecture.There are currently, 19000+ jobs are still pending to be completed. This patch (6678700_AR) started 24 hours back and it is still running. Is there a way to speed up the process?
