View Accounting Events

Hi,

version 12.1.1

I am able to view the invoice level accouning entries using View Accounting Events button (Tools -> View Accounting Events) but i am not able to view the payment level accouting entries using same button i.e View Accountingn Events. Whenever click on same button below error message getting.

Subledger accounting features are not available to the General Ledger and Subledger Accounting responsibilities. To access this feature, please use a responsibility that creates subledger accounting such as Payables or Receivables.

I am using the India Local Payables. I can view the both accounting entries(invoice & Payment), if i use the standard responsibility i.e payables Manager.
