How ETC Source is defaulted to the Budget Planning Resource

Hi,

We have setup the ETC Source as Financial Plan for a Task at the Workplan Level (Workplan is not enabled for Version Control)

The Workplan and FInancial Plan is fully shared.

For the Financial Task, the ETC source is Financial Plan

In the Edit Forecast page, against the Resources assigned to the Task, select the Update Forecast Line Details link.

I see that the ETC Source is greyed out and it is blank.

Am i missing a setup. I checked the user guide but i could not get a hint if i missed something.
