Not appear Service Request (SR) information (urgent)

Dear All,
I have just created a Service Request (SR) and I submit already butI didn't see my SR and all SRs that my team has been created.

One more, I don't know why when I successfully created a SR, the SR is always in draft.


Please kindly help to give advice for this.
