ASCP patches Cummulative ?

hi All ,


We are planning to update our system with minimum baseline patches which requires to apply these below patches.
Rollup #16 - 7531850,
Rollup #32 - 8671960
Rollup #27 - 8686151
Rollup #39 - 9000516

We want to replace these patches with latest rollup patch.
Rollup #17 - 9079623 for Rollup #16 - 7531850
Rollup #36 - 12731023 for Rollup #32 - 8671960
Rollup #30 - 10422027 for Rollup #27 - 8686151
Rollup #44 – 12541438 for Rollup #39 - 9000516

My question is 'Are there patches are cumulative patches so we are asure that all the fixes will be included in latest Rollup which has been included in previous release ...??? "
Please confirm and update us as soon as possible.
