Terminated Contract eligible for renewal

Hi,

I'm struggling with this issue, wherein a contract which was terminated at all levels (header, Line and Subline) but was marked for renewal of type Active Contract is sending the workflow email to the contract approver for autorenewal.

Issue is like, I had one contract which was scheduled with Start Date: 01-SEP-2011 and End Date: 31-AUG-2012 and was marked for renewal with type as Active Contract.

This contract was terminated on 11-Sep-2011 at all levels.

But now when the renewal period is approaching a workflow email for autorenewal was sent to my Contract Approver.

Mail Sub: Action Required: Contract PT0000522 R18-AUG-2011 12:53:23 failed auto renewal.
