Invoice Line distribution vs Project Quantity field

Hi All,

Currently we’re on EBS 12.1.3, I have been through invoice line distribution and I noticed that the project quantity field has a value even though the project number in the invoice line distribution is null or the related matched purchase order line is not attached to any project.

As far as I know the fields project quantity is reflect project quantity when the related invoice line is related to project.

Anybody knows whether it’s intended or a bug?

 I have reviewed the document no 1363661.1 which is a Critical Patches Released for Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Functionality in Project Costing and it mentions on a similar issue but I don’t know to how far this applicable to my case.
