Hi Team,

While applying patch 9349321, the following error occurs.

Uploading from the data file /ca01/appltest/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/wfwsmsg.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
A database error occurred:
  ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "APPS.FND_GLOBAL"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_GLOBAL"
ORA-06512: at line 1

Unable to determine the language code for the current session
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/ca01/appltest/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afmdmsg.lct(120.1.12010000.1), /ca01/appltest/TEST/apps/apps_st
