Deleting PO line Item

Hi All,
There are two line item in a PO, upon which one line item was received, delivered & Billed, whereas the other Item need to be deleted since we do not want this line item.

Since this is a approved PO it is not allowing to delete the line Item through form.

We are in EBS R12 (12.1.1)

Kindly help to close the PO.
