Changes HOST file to TMPHOST automatically. (Urgent)

HI,

Our problem is that system changes my "host" file to "tmphost" automatically due to which we are not able to run our oracle application on that system.

Need some urgent suggestion. and also transfer this post to appropriate community if i posted it in to wrong one.

Is this problem really due to my oracle entry for host?
