Error with Check invoice

Hi all,
I am very new to BI Publisher, I am asking for assistance. I have a check invoice that I am trying to had a row filler to if it goes beyond a certain row number. I can not get it to work. If it goes over 30 records, I would like the check to reprint with the word void to appear over signature with the remaining records displayed on the page as well. Any suggestions? I can attach the rtf and xml if needed.
